HVAR ROOMS RATES The price includes all utility costs (water/electricity), bed linen, towels first day, and final clean-up. It also includes a tourist tax. According to law, children from 12 to 18 years pay 50% of the tourist tax rate. Children under 12 years are exempt from tourist taxes. Note: There is a surcharge of 30% for accommodation of less than 3 days. We offer a special discount for holidays over 15 days!

- In some units there is a possibility of air conditioners – extra charged €4/ day

- Children to 3 years of age: free
- Children 3-6: 50% price
- Children 6-12: 75% price

Reservation and accommodation conditions
- Each reservation must be confirmed by the villa either by telephone, fax or e-mail.
- Villa Welcome will answer reservation requests within 24 hours at the latest.
- Guests are required to vacate premises according to house rules (12 o’clock).
- Villa Welcome will hold the reserved room up to 24 hours, unless an advance has been paid.
- If a guest appears after this, without having given any time of arrival, Villa Welcome will offer accommodation according to availability.
- Villa Welcome is required to make the specified accommodation available to the guest after clean-up (latest by 15 hours).
- Working hours of the villa are 00-24h.
Reservation is valid upon advance payment of 20%. The rest of the sum is payable after arrival.
